About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to find real opportunities in the digital crowd. You’ll be responsible for identifying, reaching out, and building strong connections with potential clients through smart outreach and consistent follow-up. What You’ll Do
Research and identify potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and social media.
Create and manage outreach campaigns via email and messaging.
Maintain lead databases and track responses.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve lead quality.
Send professional, well-structured emails to potential clients and respond promptly.
Understand client needs and pass qualified leads to the business team.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and writing skills.
Experience with CRM tools and email marketing platforms is a plus.
Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, web design, or software services preferred.
